Did you know you could buy items direct from China on Ebay? If you did, kudos to you, but this was news to me. Some items are even cheaper with shipping than if you bought them yourself. You really can't beat it for being more convenient and cheaper.
You can get 5 sponges for $.99, including shipping. Click here to check it out. I'm not getting paid for the link or anything. I just think it's a deal that can't be beat.
I often overlook online shopping options. The shipping gets ridiculous, and since I try to use coupons whenever possible it's usually not worth it.
This seems like a deal and a half to me though. $.20 a sponge, and each sponge will last me a month or two. I can sometimes be a snob about sponges, so we'll see how these stand up. I refuse to use a dishwasher since the detergent is so expensive, and I don't own stock in Met-Ed.
Another tip for shopping on Ebay, type in "lot" if you would rather buy in bulk, for half the price of buying one item at a time. Make-up, for example, you can buy in a lot of 100 for $50, as a random assortment. I very rarely wear make-up, because I don't like spending money on the stuff, but that's a rant for another day. It's just an example. There's "lots" for pretty much anything you can think of.
I'll keep this short and sweet, and hopefully you'll save a couple dollars.
I'd love to hear everyone's ideas on saving money with online shopping.
